I know it water weight but getting back on track feels good.
I so badly want to get to 140
Been walking a ton most days doing 3-7 miles in tis crazy new world.
I think its just all the cooking for the kids and trying not to eat the extra tasting calories! Plus I had my period about 10 days ago which always means a fe extra pounds
I was actually up a few more pounds earlier last week
