Dang I hate it when you hit those plateaus! BOOHOO...not seeing results that I want to see. I know I have to keep trying and it will start again. It is just so frustrating to have increased my water (100 oz minimum each day), watched the calories, tried extra activities and still not be losing. Why oh why does this happen???
