Woke and did 20 minutes of HIIT spinning. Weighed 221.6 after that, up 1.4 from yesterday. I ate an incredible amount of food last night after doing some red wine. Will fast all day today with black coffee, green tea, and water. Will eat again tomorrow. UPDATE: Weighed in at 6 pm and got do 220.8. Will continue fasting until the morning.
