Para Pejuang Langsing Sehat,
Ini kalori sekitar : 175 kkl
(Saya hitung manual dr 1 scramble egg + 1 tofu)
Bahan:
Tahu putih secukupnya (saya pake 1 yg tebal)
Telur 1 butir (saya pilih yg agak besar)
Minyak 2 sdm utk menggoreng
bumbu (opsional; saya pake tahu yg sudah asin jadi tidak perlu bumbu lagi)
Cara masak:
tahu dihancurkan dg garpu,
Tambahkan telur, campur rata
Goreng dengan api sedang.
