Good Morning Ladies! I was a bad girl while I was in Barbados!!! I gained 12.4 pounds!!! My friends also gained weight! We had a private chef, and we turned down nothing!!!! The food was delicious, and the rum punch was even better!! Everything was so good, we just couldn't resist!!! :-) We walked on the beach every morning and even exercised in the pool, but that didn't stop the weight gain. We believe that if we hadn't worked out at all, we probably would have gained even more weight! I'm not upset, and I have no regrets. I had a wonderful time, and I also know how to get the weight off too. Today, I'm back on track. I did my Walk Away the Pounds - 3 Miles DVD, and now I'm going to shower, eat my breakfast, and get ready for work. I have to try and lose the weight I gained because next Friday (11/2/07), I'm going on a 9-day cruise, and you know what happens on cruises - you just eat, eat, eat, and eat!! :-) I'm not too worried about food on a cruise. This is my 9th one, and I'll have more control than I did in Barbados eating all those home cooked meals. :-) Have a wonderful day!
