OMG, did I write that journal, it is so like me! (Have just eaten a choc bar, mainly because i'd not eaten much breakfast, then launched headlong into chores round the house, so felt the urge to nibble.
Would there be any mileage in starting a weekend pledge? I have already posted an exercise one, not entirely sure how it would work, but lets think about it and maybe we can come up with some sort of reward system!!! PS: I so regret that cho bar, the wrapper is staring at me now!!! I too am in the midst of a food journal, but was thinking of only writing down the weekdays! (have to report back to the doc in two months with it!)
