@ semua... makasih kakak🙏🏻 Semua Workout bisa nyimak cek ig ya A.lin1743 Imey jawab satu2 ya @Devipr.. konsumsi kalori kakak terlalu minim kalo buat workout..disesuaikan aja tergantung tujuan apa.. mau turun bb ato mau pembentukan otot. @nubinubi..kalori protein harian minimal 300gram perhari. @widia70...workout wajib bisa minimal 2x sehari itu cardio dan gym. Kalo gak sibuk bisa 4xworkout perhari terdiri dari lari, gym, senam dan zumba
