Bahan : 250 gr tempe semangit/uda terlalu fermented,bs jg tempe baru,dipotong besar2,dikukus || 3 b.putih,haluskan || Daun bawang,potong tipis || Tepung panir secukupnya || 1-2sdm tepung bumbu || 1 Telur || Merica bubuk || Ketumbar bubuk || Garam secukupnya || Cara: campur semua bahan kecuali tepung bumbu,bulat2 adonan,gulingkan ke tepung bumbu kering,goreng sampai matang
