ugh I don’t know what to write. I just know somehow I’ve fallen off my diet but I don’t think I have. Well that’s not what the scale is telling me. The numbers are going up. I’m soo.. ugh I don’t even have an emotion I can pick for today. When those numbers on the scale go up and I’m doing everything right I feel like WTF! I give up. But I can’t cause I don’t know how. Soooo 😩

P$M, you can work out like a regular person if you have thyroid issues, the weight tends to stick though. You also have a whole lot less energy, or I did. Still have days even with it "ok". Good luck finding your plan. We're here for you

I would not recommend what I am doing but I have been weighing myself every morning. I have jumped two to four pounds in 10 days. Your body will fluctuate depending upon water, sodium, etc. Hang in there!!!!!!!! <3

@bgs I also weigh myself every morning. Habit since high school. It use to set my mood. Grumpy or not grumpy. I learned to not let it make me grumpy but if I gain weight and it goes up the next day or two I know I’m in trouble.

Weight loss is never linear. You will have ups & downs.
