700-800an kalori sih perkiraan. Dri kecap n minyak aja kan udah ketauan kalorinya brp. Ditambah ayam, ditambah kwetiaw kurang lebih 300 gram. Mkanya smlm sengaja sisain kalori buat makan mlm kisaran 850an jatahnya. Heheh
