I didn't weigh myself this morning, but I did track everything I ate yesterday. Dinner was a little guessing because we were at my in-laws for Memorial Day dinner. So I wasn't measuring and being as precise as I was the rest of the day.
However I do realize what I'm doing. I'm eating over 2700 calories a day. Oy! If I was working out hard and trying to build muscle then I can see a reason for 2700 calories. But not for the activity level I have. I sit at a desk all day.
Does picking a 150+ pound man up off the floor several times a day count as weight training?
