Setiap pagi 30 menit sebelum makan aku pasti minum cuka apel atau nggak cuka nanas, trus baru sarapan. Biasanya aku sarapan oatmeal. Krn aku sweet tooth person jd aku gabisa lepas dr makan manis jadilah sarapan pagi ini oatmeal + dried berries ❤️
