I had my first cheat day yesterday and i went up by 2 pounds :( i guess my Karma for cheating in life is high lol..soo not recording that on my chart.
I went for 2 walks today to make up for it even though i'm still kinda sick, i hope the 'cheating monster' has subsided and i can get back on track!
