I thought I must have left something off of my log last night when I realized I had only used 1297 calories. That included a slice of brioche & hot tea for a snack, apple slices & cheese crackers for lunch, taco salad with lots of cheese & some sour cream then jello & 2 cookies for dessert...& a hard cider. I ate everything I wanted & came in under 1500 cal. 😊
Rainy today & I have a dentist appt. & a bunch of errands. Time to go get ready....
