Kathy Vanish's Journal, 22 May 13

This week has been hot and a little stressful. Every time I say "no" my daughter has taken to throwing fits. I hold my ground but it is wearing me out. Good thing is if there are no bad storms tonight - so far just a light rain, we will have water in our pool Friday. Then comes the stressful part of pouring concrete and putting the fence up ourselves. Such as life I guess. But as a result it has been almost a week since I lost any weight. I always seem to peter out when I get this low. I feel kin of lost and out of control tonight. Many tomorrow will be better.

Just keep pushing and doing what you're doing. My sister tried once to throw a tantrum when she didn't get her way. My mom just let her throw it, then when my sister got tired and quit, my mom made her continue kicking and screaming on the floor for another half hour I think. My sister never threw another tantrum after that. She was only 3 or 4 at the time. I don't envy you the work on pouring concrete and putting up a fence, it is hard stressful work. Just keep drinking your water and making sure that you're eating healthy. You'll break through, I know you will.
