I have been on this diet for a while in the begining I lost weight pretty good. I have been loosing anywhere from 1-2 pounds a week. I am ready for my weigh in just to see what this week holds. I guess a little weight is better than none or gaining. I dont feel deprived at all. I know what I want and as long as I keep my mind on it I will accomplish my goal. Weight has been so easy to put on I just wish gettin it off was just as easy. It seems with age it is harder to get it off. I cant believe I let myself go so.
