Masih banyak lemak nya gitu. Gak masalah makan banyak protein. Asal minum air putih minimal 2 liter sehari.

masih 20% dari AKG..liatnya nanti klo udah 100% AKG, dan jangan diliat %nya, liat gramasi aja..protein min 1× bb, misal sampean bb 50kg ya protein harian min 50gr 💪

carbo nya dikit amat mkan apa aku tiap hari karbonya tinggi bnget soalnya mkan nasi putih,mau mkan otmeal tiap hari gimana yaa agak lumyan nguras kantong😣

Oh..iya aku ikutin low carb...jd makannya kol mentah...wortel...ama tomat...itu pagi..siang nya aku berusaha makan telur 3 butir setelah 40 menit aku minum susu fresh yg low carb + kurma sekitar 200ml di blender...itu bisa buat kenyang sampai 8jam😍❤❤❤
