Well I have to say, that I think the calories burned for Yoga in the database are a bit low.

I have recently committed to Yoga twice a week, and I mean the hard stuff. Even though I am at a beginner stage...it is pretty damn intense. I don't know if my muscles have ever been maxed out as much as in Yoga and I am not in that bad of shape for someone of my weight.

I am hoping that Yoga not only helps me become more flexible but brings balance into my life and into my eating habits.

I cannot say that I enjoy the practice at this point, but I am hoping that will change.

Today I also tried to keep my fat grams below 30, and my carbs below 150. I came close to the fat goal but kinda missed the mark on the carbs....

I need to find some packable protien for my lunches, since I am not eating out as much.

Start over again tomorrow...:>)
