Hi everybody

Hope that you all enjoyed your holiday weekend. Being I'm always playing anyway,I still enjoyed.

Had lots of rain yesterday,looks like some today.
Run around like a chicken all morning,getting more veggies and stuff
I'm using 3 Atkins at the same time,there are things in all that suit me.

Next month starts my travels so I want to be totally prepare and closer
to onderland. Good thing my dd ice cream cake tasted lousy or I might
have gotten into it.Or maybe not.......the smidge I had wouldn't be worth setting myself back 3 days.

Looking for my eagles now,hopefully I will see some sort of activity
around the nest soon.They should start rebuilding.

Now I always think of carbs as poison,specially the ones we are not suppose to have.I'm sure those of you who have been doing this a long
time,have gotten beyond wanting some of this stuff. I know I have and
besides just not worth the setbacks.

Have to go fill in my food for today,hi buddy friends,so everyone
enjoy all the success you are having today.Tomorrow is always another
day to enjoy.
