Does anyone else log all their calories at the beginning of the day? I plan my calories based on what I have available and what I may be craving. Once everything is in I add and subtract items to make sure I can stay within my goal. It's been pretty nice already knowing what I'm eating through the day because I feel like I do my worst junk food binging when I think " I don't have anything good" to eat.

I log everything in the morning. It has worked fabulously for me. I see how many calories I have and like you adjust.

Sometimes I log in everything I plan to eat. Often I have to adjust it as I go. The other day I never got around to eating the half grapefruit I had listed for breakfast. Sometimes what I actually eat isn't as healthy as what I planned. But when I'm really motivated I stick to the plan

Sometimes I do that. But I am not a big planner. Open the fridge and see where I am very often.

I do during the week, I have everything planned because my husband cooks before I get home from work. On the weekends devil may care!!
