Thanks yall. It was tasty!! Im also not a huge ginger fan, but for how much slaw mix you need with the ginger..its very subtle. Here is is recipe. 1 lb of ground sausage, or beef, chicken, turkey 7 cups cole slaw mix 2 tablespoon soy 1 tablespoon ginger 1 teaspoon garlic salt. Cook meat until crumbled and combine the rest ubtil the cabbage is tender. Cook b

Your meal looks great and that is nearly the same thing I had for dinner - Italian sausage, cabbage and squash...it was amazing.
