You might consider making the oatmeal the old fashioned way, with water and skip the apple juice which is really high in sugar. The real fruits makes this a very tasty breakfast— be mindful of portion co trol.

It's 1/2 cup of uncooked rolled oats soaked overnight in 1/4 cup of fresh pressed apple juice, no sugar added. 1 cup of fruits and 1/4 cup of non- fat Greek yogurt. 320 calories, not too bad
