I'm new to this but is that keto it seems to have an awful lot of sugar in it

You might consider making the oatmeal the old fashioned way, with water and skip the apple juice which is really high in sugar. The real fruits makes this a very tasty breakfast— be mindful of portion co trol.

@Kenna Morton It's 1/2 cup of uncooked rolled oats soaked overnight in 1/4 cup of fresh pressed apple juice, no sugar added. 1 cup of fruits and 1/4 cup of non- fat Greek yogurt. 320 calories, not too bad
