today is my 500 calorie day. I finished my slim fast plan and started 5:2 fasting. the slim fast prepared my body for an easier less calorie fasting. it helped me drop 3 pounds in a week. this is my second week. hoping to get out of the 200s. need one more pound to start into the 190s. I walked 5 miles today and have had 230 calories so far. keeping my fingers crossed for my weigh in tomorrow.
