Normally I'm ok with my weight - fatitude with an attitude. I try to just accept it and stick to my eating plan. But today I feel like a whale. I haven't binge eaten in 11 days which is a long time for me. I'm using my tools and making sure I have things to do, also self-talk and mindfulness techniques.

When I start thinking about weight too much it puts me in a dangerous spot b/c I say f-it and binge. Well I am not going to do that so instead I am typing out my feelings to you guys.

OK enough complaining. Smack me back in line gang! Thanks. :)

This may sound weird but when you're fighting this mindset, think of someone you can do something for...not necessarily a big thing but a significant-for-the-person thing. Gets an entirely different set of internal responses going...

I know you can do this! Other suggestions from FS members are good. I tend to eat when I get bored or stressed. If I get cravings I usually try to eat protein. It makes me incredibly full. I also try to get up and do something as to not think of food.. 💜💜💜💜💜💜
