susu ber rasa meskipun rendah lemak biasanya tinggi gula 😭

Setidaknya susu nya sudah di rubah dr fresh milk jd low fat milk. Pelan2 saja, kalau berlebihan nanti jatuhnya ambyarrr hehehehe. Enjoy dalam ber diet 😀😀
