Still hovering around the 220 mark. As of this morning I was just below it in the teens but it's going to be a difficult week. I am out of town attending a conference and they are notorious for providing copious amounts of junk. Carbs are a big weakness of mine so as long as I can stay away I *should* be OK. If nothing else, being in a hotel gives me more time to exercise. Last time I went I was able to fit in a morning and evening workout. Hopefully I can do the same again. Have a good weekend all!
