Scale not moving but I am sticking to it! No Worries!!!
Heading out to walk 5 miles!
118.6 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 46.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Enjoy walk and stick to it. My scales same all week, but down another 1 lb myself doday. I got stuck all week and I really was sticking to my food plan, yester had good calorie day but shocking food choices, and down 1 lb, so yr body will adjust itself if you stick to yr plan.

Have a nice walk. In the same boat of scale not moving, but sticking to program. I am removing Torani sugar free syrup from my foods as of today to see if that might be part of my problem. But it really is the only thing that I have had lately that would cause me to not lose except my body doing its own thing.
