Lots of crap to finish off in the house today and a lot of work to do so not much time/will to make decent stuff. Also beer keeps tempting me in the fridge :D

Should have gone gym at work this week but been at home most of the week (because of the bank holiday) and missed gym on Tues.

Will blast it tomorrow, squats/deads/bench in one session! Now just need to fend off the rabid hunger for a bit longer and manage to get to bed with only water/sugar free juice drinks!
