Broke my 22 hour fast with a yummy Tumeric Beef and Cauliflower Cheesy Melt with Caesar Salad no croutons - cannot believe 4th day for OMAD and it’s not that bad. Love that I can eat anything I want within a 4 hour window. Thing is once I have my big dinner I don’t want anything else. I’m going to try and stay on this until I hit my goal 🙏🏻⚡️
