dont you hate it when you see SKINNY people on here complaining about being fat? i'm like, "fat WHERE?" wtf SHUT THE HELL UP!!! LOL!!!!!!!!

Anyway, I had a better workout today, did some weight lifting as well as a hour worth of cardio...& oh i did some wall sits..OMG..nuff said.
protein, protein, PROTEIN...water, water, WATER! never knew how important those two were for losing weight until now, if someone had schooled me on that a long time ago I could have lost weight years ago! Only thing I hate about drinking so much water is the frequent bathroom visits...LOL. I see alot of people adding Melba Toast & flax meal or seeds to their food diaries, is their anything special about those 2 things I should know about? SOMEBODY LET ME KNOW! I been looking for new stuff to buy & eat, i'm tired of eating the same old stuff and I dont really have time to cook except for the weekends...holla at me people!!!!!!!!!!!

LMAO!! Funny post. Protein and water are essential, especially for my body type. I don't eat melba toast or flax seed, I'm kind of scared to after the fish oil experience. Good job in the gym!!!

Yeah when you realize how important protein is it really helps. I'm hoping protein and water will push me pass the weight I stalled out at last time. And yes those types of folks that complain about needing to lose 5 lbs are annoying at times lol.

I put flax seeds in my oatmeal, yogurt, and spaghetti sauce.. I was told at my last check up that my cholesterol was a bit high. The Flax seeds add fiber (which reduces your cholesterol, a woman is supposed to get 25 grams of fiber a day) and the healthy fats that help with the good cholesterol. It does not have much of a flavor.. kinda nutty and you dont even notice them in there. I just started doing it when I came back from the dr. and I have to go for a recheck in like 2 months so we will see how it works out. I also read that the flax seeds need to be ground up for them to really do any good. I miss chewing up the little seeds in my yogurt but that is ok.. :)

Hi! I came accross your journal looking at Splendid's comment... LOL! I'm one of those skinny people whining when I gain one pound.... Sorry. Maintenance is challenging sometimes and a couple of pounds gained make me feel like I'm going something wrong and I have to find what it is. But I understand it can be annoying for those who have more weight to lose. I don't know about Melba toast, but flaxseed is a very good source of healthy fat, and omega 3. And those little seeds can also help your digest track when you have constipation issues. Have a good day and keep up this great job! Your chart looks awsome!

LOL!!!! I heard flaxseed helps with weight loss! Something I wanna try! Good Job on ur workout!!! I'm taking it slow. Hope 2 reach ur level soon.
