barusan baca postingan tentang seberapa enaknya diet yang fleksibel. and I completely agree! ga nyangka aja ternyata diet tuh gausah pusing pusing, yang penting defisit kalori tinggal gimana kita ngaturnya aja mau masukin apa ke badan kita. dari desember sampe sekarang masih tetep jajan dan makan enak, cuma memperbanyak minum air dan sayur. olahraga juga kagak karena lagi sibuk banget dan pulang pulang udah tepar duluan karena desk job dan emg banyak kerjaan. so far, i'm digging into this type of diet!
