Goal A1c is to get below 6.0. At 11:45, I rechecked BG because I felt uncomfortable. 240. Ate 1/2 slice of Lunch Mate bologna (gave MN the other half). ALSO returned to taking Metformin as directed, 500 mg bid; had been skipping doses, as can't take when away from the house due to sudden 'calls'. 12 oz of filtered water/ACV at 9 pm
