I am participating in a study tonight where I get paid to eat at a buffet and talk about it. I do plan to eat as I normally would (they don't accept people on diets, but I'm not on a diet, I'm just trying to balance out calories in and calories out. I need to exercise this AM and again tomorrow to make up for the horrors I will be doing to myself tonight.
