Jazz's keto pizza:
50g almond flour, 15g psylium husk, 2-3 pinch baking powder, 1 whole egg, 1 teaspoon apple vinegar, 75ml boiling water. Combine all in a bowl into dough. Add tiny psylium if still liquy. Dont work to long- just combine into dough.

Work dough into pizza shape by hand- I tried rolling pin- too sticky. Try as thin as possible. Moist pizza with little oil by hand. Oven ready on 175°C . Pizza base into oven on baking paper for 20 minutes. Take out- turn upside down- back to oven for another 10 mintes. I put my ready pizza base into fridge to stop drying process.

This pizza base contains: 255 kcal (1067kJ) 10.2g total fat 1.73g saturated fat 0.00g polysaturated 3.18g carbohydrate 1.59g which is sugar 10.0g fiber 26.9g protein 3.00g sodium (if salt added) 1.01g potassium
