and bam, another! now 151...down 58 lbs, starting to fit into some old clothes. Its hard to take a photo. I went to gym yesterday. I started with 30 minutes elliptical with arms. I also walk my dog about 3 miles daily. I'm being really good not eating any dairy and sticking to carnivore for now. I find it very easy, and my food bills are much lower. I need to get me some biceps this year. carnivore keto on my friends.

68.5 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gz9gig ya and we're not done adjusting thyroid meds, but probably close, every month he's been upping me by how I feel. Lab work soon. Thanks.

Jen, I'm so glad for you, I know how frustrating it was! It took me discovering I had T2D and changing to keto - now down 50 lbs and maintaining with no effort. We got this!
