I can feel myself losing momentum, I struggled through my workout today at the gym, I just didnt have as much energy as I used to and I cant figure out why! Maybe I need some more rest? I took a 60 min kickboxing class today and I usually hop on the treadmill or elliptical even after that, but today I just couldnt do it...I had a bad eating week last week because I had family from England in town so i'm back to the nitty gritty, so most likely the weight I lost was water weight plus I took a colon cleansing pill as a detox, so i'm getting back on track. Anyway i've talked my parents into coming to the gym with me, maybe a couple work-out partners is what I need because i'm getting bored lol...hope anybody that reads this had an awesome day!

I hope things turn around for you. Sometimes when we begin to lose momentum or get bored we quit, but I'm glad you have decided to at least try something other than giving up. Also, if you're not getting enough rest that will do it, too. Good luck!

I've found when I have other things on my mind, I'm less committed to the gym--too distracted. Also, when I first started exercising, I tended to stay at the gym for hours!!! For me that was a mental set up, cuz then I got overwhelmed being there so much and lost motivation. So I've reduced my gym time and improved my eating--since my excessive exercise was a response to my excessive eating. Just my .02 cents. Saw your pix, you have good genetics on your side. That combined with motivation is an unstoppable combination ! Good luck.

You may feel that you're losing momentum, but you're not losing courage and hope....which I think is absolutely critical. I'm glad you're looking toward other things to keep you chugging along. You're gonna do great! Have an awesome day. :-)

It happens sometimes, they can't all be great workouts. I have had several I just got through, & even on days I don't meet my intensity targets I have to remind myself at least I did something!!! Just pay attention to any patterns that emerge, & above all listen to your body. Switch things up if you need to. How cool that your parents want to come with you to the gym! I definitely love it when my family joins me. Hang in there girl, you're doing fine. :)
