Skipped badminton again. :( hope to go tomorrow. It also throws off my weigh ins bc I usually weigh in after I exercise. Today is a fast day.
70.1 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
