sama kak wkwkkwk, tp kurangi dagingnya banyakin selada sama tahu trus ikannya jadi balance dagingnya tetep tp 100gr aja aman kok

@ayuang... iya saya mah cuma mikir aman krn shabu2 kan rebusan tuh, tp makan sgala macem yg diluar sayuran n tahu, banyak ga keitung😄 "kalori pasrah" jadinya lah😄 hari ini udh balik on track lagi hihi
