I hit a plateau. Stuck at 172. I started back on the yogurt drinks and water. Also apples. When henge I go back up to 178 or 180. I'm so scared of going back to where I was. I have to do this for me. I was 172 this morning. I'm going to continue with the weight loss. I have to. My emotional well-being depends on it.
