Took a good long walk with the hubby last night. Did about 3.3 miles in 65 minutes. Tonight l walked by myself for an hour and did just under 3 miles. I'm really enjoying walking again now that it's light out for longer but temps are already in the mid 70s plus...... which makes me think that I may be walking after dinner rather than before just so I'll be cooler!
