I have had a rough week. My inflammation and muscle spasms are flaring horribly because of our lovely weather. Unfortunately my painkiller of choice is Coors Light and I have over indulged terribly. I know it's only a temporary fix that actually is horrible for what ails me but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Today I am going to get my head back in the game. It's so hard to get outside and do anything to get my body moving because the weather is so crappy in Upstate New York. So my plan after my chiropractor's appointment is to stop at a gym that is not far from where I live (probably 10 miles) and see what they have to offer. Wish me luck and please don't judge! Anyone living with chronic pain will know what I am going through!
