Ok, so after a false start earlier this weekend, today was officially Day One of Induction. I was actually sort of touching 76.5-77 on Saturday.. a sudden increase from the 74-75 that I've been for the most part of these last 2 months. But this morning (and last night) I was at 75.5-76, so I've set 76 as my weight for the day.
Sigh, my graph looks awful, both on the Atkins website and on here. I remember looking at the spiky graphs of other people on Atkins and contrasting it to my downward sloping one but now it looks like I've done some classic crash diet yo-yoing myself.
I'm taking this each day at a time. My biggest issue is carrying packed food and planning ahead. Somehow the variety of awesome recipe ideas I keep reading about online, never translate onto my dining table. Most probably because I don't cook myself. Nevertheless, I managed to do this before and I'm keeping my head down and ignoring any pangs of "can I live like this for the rest of my life?" until I'm at least 65 kg.
