I'm going nuts with recipes for the Instant Pot. Just can't beat it. Beef stew is next on the menu and I think I may try turnips vs potatoes. Thanks for that idea. I'd also like Denise's recipe for the beef. Figured I can have it with veggies on the side.

We do a Mississippi Pot Roast in the Instant Pilot. It’s so good. Pepperoncinis and Ranch dressing mix. The Pepperoncinis are the key

Jcmama777, Draglist - I too am addicted, but to Amazon and buy cooking stuff all the time. people ask me, is that necessary and I always say Heck No but I am having fun and it keeps me interested in cooking! I'm think I need a slow cooker - I keep seeing these pot roasts - I might have to blame this one on Draglist:)

One of my favorite things in the Instant Pot is baby back ribs, season, 26 minutes, natural release, then brush on a glaze and about 5 minutes in 450° oven. Fall-off-the-bone delicious.
