Up another fricken pound this morning. I am trying not to freak out since I just up'd my carbs last week, I am hoping this is an adjustment period even though the books say to drop back down if you gain. I can't believe I would have to eat less than 20 total carbs/day forever! I'll stick out the higher carbs for the rest of the week and hope I get a visit from the WHOOSH fairy! LOL

I know how you feel. I upped my carbs for two weeks and barely lost. I don't want to have to drop back to the lower carb amts. forever either.

I'm gonna ride it out-usually the old me would have freaked out immediately and adjusted my carbs/cals and everything else. My body won't respond if I keep changing what I am doing every week...that's what I am telling myself today anyway:)
