Woke at 231.4, up 1.6 from yesterday. Drank 60 ounces of water late last night to try to break the water retention logjam. No effect thus far. UPDATE: Moved some water today, but ate a large lunch, so the pre-dinner weigh-in was 230.6. Onward.

I realized I was not getting as much water in as I was last year. That would be terrible 😩😂

I joined a 28 day Wellness Challenge. The first challenge was to drink, for me, 100 oz. of water. I drink but never that much. Lots of good things happened. Just need to keep doing it. They say 6oz/hour but I did 8 and came up with 96 daily.

If I drank 60 ounces of water late at night, I wouldn't be able to sleep (for more than a few minutes at a time). I drink about 60-70 ounces a day.
