I am trying a diet plan I got from someone : lose 7 lbs in 7 days. I don't believe in crash diets anymore and do not feel I will lose 7 lbs in 7 days however the meal plan is useful to me as a guide. It is helping me to get some discipline in eating. I am not following this rigidly but using it as a guide. I am trying to keep my calories between 750 to 1000 daily and get in some exercise at least 4 times per week. 2-3 lbs weight lost this week will really kick things off. Let's see how it goes.
