Well, I have done okay this weekend. I lost another pound, but I made some questionable choices last night at the restaurant (which was not planned, story to follow) that put me around 1800 calories for the day. However, I did 60 minutes of Jillian Michaels this morning and seemed to make up for the indescresion.
Story: My mother in law's 3 sisters came to visit for the weekend. My husband and I only get to see them 2 to 3 times during the summer so when they invited us to dinner at an italian resturant we gladly said yes, just to spend more time with them. However, the food choices, salad and fried bread dough left me bloated and gassy. Both my husband and daughter also fought gas last night. If was a very tunefuly atmosphere at my house last night Lol! But it was fun to hang out and catch up with them.
7 pounds to go to reach goal weight! I would still like to lose 20 more, but will be happy at this weight!
