4th day on fat secret and put on 12 lbs. putting scales on tiled floor as on wooden floor i had a lower reading. Want to read my scales consistently. Will have to wait till readings get more consistent. Hope i settle down in the 1st week. And thanks to my 3 new buddies for their support.
