Tmn2 FS tolong bantu utk activity level ini.. aq latihan biasanya 1-3kali sminggu tp pkerjaan sehari2 mnuntut fisik dr jam 8pagi-6sore.. jd kira2 milih levelnya yg mana ya?? krn selisihny byk.. mksh
