Beautiful walk this morning,miss the beach but in a few weeks will start our Caribbean run which I love.

Very happy I didn't go completely nuts on vacation.Did try some south
african wine which was very good,did not overdo.

I'm talked out or should say typed out after the long message on the
Atkins support site.Afterall,can't help it,been gone,so I have to speak

I haven't completely filled my menu for today but basically know what
I will eat,fill that in later
